Shoot the one with the lowest number until it explodes. Keep dodging as it gets harder when you get to 6.

Don't worry about shooting when he's shooting malteasers at you, wait till he summons the guy with the 2 staves and then shoot away. Once you kill 3 of them, the boss reveals it's true form. It's stupid hard to dodge everything he throws at you.
