You need to install the Shockwave player (if you haven't got that already). You can grab that from here: http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
Once you've got the game running, fly with your WASD keys, use your mouse to aim and shoot and space to launch missiles. Follow (and aim at) the red squares (they indicate enemy targets) and the fly in the direction of the green arrow as this guides you back to your floating base between levels. When you reach your warship, fly into the yellow square to land!
