The "TGL Retweet" competition runs until we reach 2000 followers on Twitter or until 03/09/2010. Whichever comes first.
The representative of the Promoter reserves the right to change the closing date of the competition in unavoidable circumstances. If this occurs, all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that participants are not disadvantaged.
The prize consists of ONE white DSi and DS game "Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story" (herein known as "the prize").
Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be disqualified.
Only one retweet per entrant will be eligible.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
To enter, you must be 16 years of age or over. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from an adult to enter the Competition.
Employees of TGL Entertainment Ltd and their affiliated agencies, their immediate families and those directly related to them are not eligible to enter.
Winners will be selected at random from all entries that correctly re-tweet TGL Retweet competition entry on Twitter. Winner must be following TGLents to claim prize.
All users who re-tweet are entered into a sweepstake and one winner will win the prize.
Winner will be notified by direct message on Twitter within 30 days from close of the competition.
Entries must not be offensive, obscene, defamatory or in any other way illegal. Such entries will be automatically disqualified and removed from the TGLents Twitter stream.
The Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate prizes if they believe the deemed winning entry has been won unfairly. This process may be repeated, as necessary, until a valid winner is found.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
No responsibility is accepted for entries which are for any reason whatsoever not received by the Promoter.
Winners grant the Promoter and its affiliated agencies the right to use their name in connection with the competition and may be required to participate in post-event publicity arranged by or on behalf of the Promoter.
TGL Entertainment reserves the right to change the prize for one of an equivalent value.
The prize cannot be modified, is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative in part or in whole.
The Promoter excludes all liability under these terms, in contract or tort (including negligence) for any loss, damage, costs and/or expenses, loss of profits, goodwill, consequential, indirect or special losses, howsoever caused in connection with the Competition.
